Corbyn not allowed to stand as a labour candidate

So Jeremy Corbyn is not allowed to stand as a labour candidate in his own constituency by Sir Keir Starmer (Steer Calmer) for criticising the Israeli government, while Israelis themselves are marching + protesting against their own right-wing Israeli government. Are those Israeli protesters also anti Semitic? Corbin was elected 10 consecutive times in his constituency.
