It’s Divide and Rule White privilege does exist. It's just that the rich mostly white privileged Etonians who run the country are holding back working-class white kids too. Racism is a factor here-it’s ethnic minorities and the black community that suffer… minorities are more likely to be in the struggling "class." And Look at Tory Dido who is pitching to make NHS not reliant on Foreigners! The same racist theme.
